We know our home base by living in it.
Our office is in the shopping arcade of Kristalşehir Sitesi. We work in the same development, use the same roads and view every apartment we show in person.

Kristal Emlak is an estate agency based in Kristalşehir Sitesi in Esenyurt's Gökevler neighbourhood. It manages homes, commercial property and land for sale and rent across Istanbul and Turkey.
We care about knowing each listing properly, not about how many we have. We know which way an apartment faces, from which floor the view opens up, what the service charge covers and what a comparable apartment in the neighbouring block went for. That knowledge is not on a portal listing; it builds up by working in the area.
